The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house. The space Our home has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Both rooms each have a queen size bed. There are two futons in the living room for 2 more people to sleep. The kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, and small appliances. Plan to come and enjoy the outdoors. Three separate outdoor lounging areas with patio furniture! Outdoor fun includes fishing off the dock, boating, and yard games. There is a canoe, kayak, paddle boat, and life jackets available for free use. Guest access Guests can park on the grass right in front of the home. Guests will have access to the entire place. Other things to note No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house. Any additional guests visiting must be approved.
