Welcome to our sunny little bungalow. 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom. This was our home for 5 1/2 years and now we would like to share it with you. The space Boasting the sunniest living room you could wish for, with thriving plants. You can tell they love it, and so will you. Our kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishware to comfortably cook for and feed 4 people. We also have a BBQ for you to use during the warmer months. The backyard was our favorite place. You'll make some great memories hanging out around the fire and playing lawn games. (included) The back yard is fully fenced, perfect for your canine friends. Enjoy our front yard too, especially the deck, where we used to sit to drink our coffee and wave at the neighbors. *We do not have air conditioning. However, we have tips for how to cool the house down in the evenings so you can sleep comfortably. *We do not have a dishwasher. We ask that you wash the dishes prior to check out. Though we have decorated the house beautifully and more modern, throughout you will find hints to the old sturdy house that it is. Wood paneling with many layers of paint still boasts its era by its groves, seams & nail holes. There is one remaining old window in the back storage room that rattles in the wind. Luckily you won't notice it and the bedroom windows are updated since we lived there and listened to them rattle many a windy night. We changed out the purple tub, toilet and sink too. We almost wish we could have shared their unique qualities with you but you will certainly enjoy the tiled out shower with wooden teak shelves personally made by Craig. The back door still has an old fashioned awning, there used to be awnings on all the south windows. Although they may have kept the place cooler during the hot summer days, it's so much brighter and uplifting with the sun streaming in. You can use the curtains if you need the shade.
