Situated in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, this property boasts stunning views of the town, Lake Windermere, and the surrounding mountains. Enter through the rear of the property and climb the stairs to the balcony, where a cosy sitting area awaits—perfect for unwinding on warm summer evenings. Step inside to a spacious entrance hall/boot room, complete with a stylish bench seat and ample storage for boots, coats, and bags. The lounge features a large L-shaped corner sofa, smart TV, books, puzzles, and games, with two expansive windows offering breathtaking views of the lake, mountains and sunset. The kitchen/diner is a true highlight, with built-in corner seating, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a magnificent loft-style retreat with luxury carpets, a Staples super king-size bed, and panoramic views of Lake Windermere and the mountains. The second bedroom offers two Harrison Spinks single beds, which can be zipped together to create another super king, making it perfect for families or couples. There is also a spacious bathroom with a large waterfall shower. Guest access For access to the apartment please walk down the little lane at the rear of Craig Walk. The lane takes you to the front door where you will climb the steps to the raised patio and will find the key box on the fence, this where you can enter the apartment.
