Lovely house with courtyard and terrace nr. canal

Our two-bedroom gîte is located in the medieval village of Trebes, close to the Canal du Midi and a good selection of restaurants. It takes a few minutes to cycle and five minutes to walk from the canal to the house. We provide a welcome drinks tray and breakfast for the first morning of your stay. There is a secure, undercover area to store bicycles. Carcassonne and Lac Cavayere can be reached within 15 minutes by car and the airport is a 20 minute drive from the house. The space Ground floor: living room with L shaped sofa and television; kitchen with seating for four; and a courtyard with table and chairs (there a separate area off the courtyard that houses the washing machine and provides space for bicycle storage). First floor: a spacious bedroom with a double bed, desk and an electric fan (this room does not have airconditioning); a bathroom with a bath and shower above; and a small terrace with seating. Second floor: bedroom with a double bed, desk, and air conditioning unit. The living room and bedrooms have wall heaters and the bathroom has a heated towel rail. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves.
