Enjoy your holidays in a spacious house which can accommodate at least 6 people in Alykes Chalkida (70 mins from Athens International Airport El Venizelos). It is fully equipped with kitchen, barbecue and a huge outdoor area with many activities for children (football, volleyball, ping pong, table football and basketball), so it is ideal for families. It also has huge terraces and a covered dining area next to the barbecue. It is 200 meters away from the most popular beach of the area (Alykes). The space --- Ground floor --- Bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with a TV and 3 sleeper sofas. --- 1st Floor --- Bedroom with a queen size bed and wardrobe, bedroom with 2 single wardrobes and bathroom. *** Both on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a balcony with table and chairs ideal for relaxing throughout the day. --- Outdoor Area --- This is the accommodation area that we are sure you will love. In the front part there is a large space with lawn, umbrella and sunbeds. Take your favorite book and relax with a cool drink. Here you can use the two goals or the net to turn the space into a soccer or volleyball court. In the back there is a wood oven and a barbecue. In the same space there are 2 large covered dining rooms. Stock up on fresh fish or meat from the village (just a 3-minute drive away), light the coals and start grilling. In the back there is also a table football, a ping pong, a hammock and a swing. Relax in the hammock, close your eyes and enjoy the cicadas chirping. Guest access The entire residence is at your exclusive disposal. Let's emphasize a particularity. Behind our plot there is another house which is inhabited during the summer months. Its access is from a private road that also passes through our property. Other things to note Evia is the 2nd largest island in Greece. This means that it has many beauties of all kinds (mountain, beaches, traditional villages, archeological sites, monasteries but also good food at reasonable prices).
