It has two bedrooms, both equipped with king-size beds, perfect for a pleasant night's sleep. Each bedroom has air conditioning to maintain an ideal temperature at all times, and the master bedroom includes a 42" Smart TV and a private bathroom, providing greater privacy and comfort. The social area offers a cozy, modern atmosphere, featuring a dining area for 6 people with an elegant black marble top and a wrought-iron base, ideal for sharing meals and special moments. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed, allowing additional guests to be accommodated in complete comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, as well as appliances such as a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, and electric grill, providing everything you need to prepare food during your stay. In addition, the apartment has a lovely balcony, a perfect space to relax, get some fresh air, and enjoy the surroundings in a peaceful setting. Guest access The common areas of the condominium are shared and designed for you to enjoy a complete experience of rest and well-being. You will find several swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a rooftop, an amphitheater, and a campfire area for relaxing and socializing. The gym is also available within the condominium, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Regarding the pools: Pool 1: This is the private plunge pool located on the apartment's balcony. You can enjoy it at any time, as it is available 24 hours a day. Pool 2: Cenote-type pool, located on the condominium's ground floor. Pool 3: Located on the rooftop of Tower A, ideal for enjoying the views. Pool 4: There are two small pools on the ground floor; one with cold water and the other with hot water. Pool 5: A lap pool located next to the gym, also on the ground floor. All pools (except the private pool in the suite) are for shared use with other guests and are available from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. In addition, the condominium has two hot tubs: one located in Tower B and the other in Tower C. Both are for shared use and are available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Other things to note Tulum is a constantly growing city, so occasionally, there may be interruptions to some basic services such as water, electricity, and internet. These services are managed by third-party providers, so they are beyond our control.
