Villa Flora overlooking the Strait of Messina

The villa is located in Cannitello, a hamlet of Villa S. Giovanni, 90 m above sea level. It is immersed in a large garden park of 1300 square meters, surrounded by tropical plants and maritime pines. It is a 200-square-meter villa that can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is on 3 levels, and from the terrace you can admire the entire Strait of Messina, the Gulf of Gioia T, up to the Vatican City. It has an indoor parking lot and is completely fenced. It has a courtyard and 3 panoramic terraces. The space The space available for guests is huge. There are terraces on each floor of the villa, which is immersed in a large garden park of 1300 square meters, equipped and furnished with large tropical and ornamental plants. There are also 4 large maritime pines. A kitchenette with an outdoor barbecue and a table with 18 seats completes the courtyard's furnishings. In the large internal courtyard, 3 cars can be parked comfortably. Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there is a large entrance, a living room with a 35-square-meter terrace, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A large patio of 80 square meters is adjacent to the kitchen with a large table under a pergola. Then on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and one with a bunk bed for a total of 7 beds, then a bathroom and a storage room from which a spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor where there is an attic with 3 beds and a large panoramic terrace. In total, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a TV, HI-FI, fireplace in the living room, and 2 air conditioners in the 2 double bedrooms. There is also video surveillance inside and outside the villa. The villa is not suitable for people in wheelchairs, as all the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which can only be reached by an internal staircase. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the villa described, both on the terraces and in the large equipped garden. Other things to note The villa is accessible, therefore usable by guests only if you have one or more private cars. It is not served by public transportation. PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT NOTICE: In AUGUST, I don’t offer short-term rentals for just a few days; instead, I only rent for full weeks, with a minimum of 2 weeks as described below. For logistical reasons, I don’t make changes on days close to August 15th, so if you’re interested in staying at the villa in AUGUST, you can book EITHER the two consecutive weeks from August 8-9 to August 22-23, OR, for those who want a longer stay, 3 consecutive weeks from August 1-2 to August 22-23, or from August 8-9 to August 29-30.
