The house is located in the village of San Saturnino, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees that reach the sea and fragrant lemons, ideal for lovers of relaxation in nature, but without sacrificing the comforts of the center and the beach, just 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by shuttle. The space The apartment has two floors, the lower floor with a living room and open space kitchen, sofa bed and newly renovated bathroom, a sideboard equipped with cups, glasses and everything that can be used for meals, microwave oven and a TV. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, with spacious closets (in one of the two bedrooms, a pouf that turns into a single bed) and a new bathroom with a hydromassage shower. In the house, there is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Linens (sheets, mattress covers, pillowcases, towels, shower towels, etc.) are available upon request for an extra fee. The strong point of the house is the pergola overlooking the sea and hills set up with tables and comfortable armchairs, anti-stress rocking chair and barbecue for succulent grilled dishes. A small garden below overlooks the hills where there is a laundry room with a washing machine. The house is not equipped with private parking but in the immediate vicinity there is a large square where you can park for free. The nearest center reachable in a few minutes is the splendid Moneglia, a typical seaside village with narrow alleys that offers all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Of course, there is the beach and the sea, with many amenities that make this place one of the most loved by families with small children. There are also castles and churches that house precious works of art for cultural and historical experiences. Many places to visit nearby, from Portofino and Santa Margherita, Sestri Levante and the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour by car, train or sea taking advantage of the boat lines that connect the different locations, to fully immerse yourself in these wonderful places and admire the coast from another perspective. For hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous trails that wind through the hills, some of which pass right through San Saturnino. Other things to note Cin IT010037C28KEPAB54 POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1 to October 31, the municipality of Moneglia applies a tourist tax of 1 €/day per person (up to 7 nights) that will be collected separately. 2) Pets : we usually accept small/medium size pets and we ask for 25 euros for the entire stay 3) Sheets and towels available upon request for a total of €25 for all guests. 4) It is essential by law to send the IDs of all guests before check-in to allow registration. HOW TO GET TO THE HOUSE : To reach San Saturnino by car, take the A12 highway and exit at Sestri Levante. To reach Moneglia you can choose to follow the Provincial Road to Riva Trigoso and from here take the one-way tunnel alternating with green traffic light at 15 – 35 – 55 minutes every hour (about 10 km from the exit of Sestri Levante). Alternatively, you can continue towards La Spezia along the SS1 Aurelia, up to the Passo del Bracco, and then head down towards San Saturnino/Moneglia along Provincial Road No. 68 (about 10 miles from the Sestri Levante exit).
