Located very close to historic Montpelier and Monticello & many wineries and great restaurants. Over 15 wineries & breweries within 30 minutes of the cabin and only 30 mins from Shenandoah National Park! A whole home UV Air purifier (ozone free model) is installed in ductwork to ensure a germ-free living environment! The space The main bedroom is perfect for couples & is equipped with a queen size bed. The entertainment area in the basement has a TV & full-size pull out couch to double as a bedroom. The loft above kitchen is converted to a bedroom & also has a queen size bed & an individual window ac unit to help with summer heat. The kitchen includes cooking pots and pans & electric stove & oven. The kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils as well as utensils for grill use! The bathroom is located on the main level & is equipped with toilet paper and bath towels for guest use if desired. Guest access All rooms except locked utility room in are for guest use & the couch in the basement across from the TV pulls out to a full-size bed! We also have two other queen size beds. Extra linens are located in cupboards. Extra towels are located in bathroom. Please use hampers in laundry room to dispose of dirty linens and towels when done using. The front porch is a great place to relax. The small chiminea and gas grill are also for guest use, as well as the fire pit across from the house. The woods around the house and garden are all part of the lot that the cabin sits on and is great for exploring! There are also plenty of board games & activities in the family room and dvds in the basement. Other things to note The house is pet friendly! Please just be sure keep eye out for wildlife outside. Home is located less than 15 minutes away from NGIC gov't facility & Martha Jefferson & UVA Hospitals. There is a full hookup RV spot on the acreage that may be occupied by the host, which generously separated from the cabin.
