The space Enjoy this single-family home lacking no furnished need. Cook like at home or enjoys dozens of unique restaurants within a few minutes. All of our beds are queen-size beds, including the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a full-size tub/shower. Everything in the home is for your use, including detergent for the clothes washer and dishwasher, respectively. Guest access Keyless entry is provided at the FRONT DOOR, so we suggest pulling up into the driveway, off the street, for easy access. The front and back of the house are well lit, and we've set up security cameras at our entrances for our guest's safety. You should have already received a RemoteLock CODE via text/email on your phone. To enter the house simply enter the CODE and press the LockState button to open (listen for the deadbolt to engage). That should do it-- You're in! When leaving, to lock the door you only need to press the LockState button without entering the code. Just like that, you've successfully used our keyless access feature and you're ready to enjoy your favorite destinations in Austin. Please... If you've tried several times without success call me and I'll help you address it immediately. As a precaution, we have spare keys in a lockbox for emergency purposes. Two cars can park tandem in the driveway, so there is no need to park on the street. Guests have a backyard for kids to enjoy with a privacy fence. Other things to note Our check-out policy at times can be very strict because it takes a lot of time for us to prepare for each guest's stay. We do our very best to accommodate requests for a late check-out if done before 7 PM the night prior to check-out, but we cannot guarantee a late check-out. We charge $60/hr ($1/min.) for guests checking out later than 11 AM if a late check-out request has not been made by 7 PM the night prior to check-out. This home is NOT handicap accessible. It would be very difficult to come and go with a wheelchair.
