Tahoe-style craftsman home with 2 fireplaces!

Quiet family home set amidst oak trees with ample space both indoors (3,512 square feet) and outdoors (large decks and a level, private and enclosed backyard). Since this is a quiet neighborhood we only accept bookings from guests with positive reviews. We require guests to provide us with some details about the reason for their visit and the names and contact information of all guests who will be sleeping in the house. We will meet you when you check-in to make sure everything goes smoothly! The space Stunningly beautiful and elegant house with modern furnishings (including a piano). Walnut floors were recently installed and/or refinished. Interior was recently painted. The "office" or "den" room is off the master bedroom and can serve as a nursery/child's bedroom (there is bed and trundle bed and a Pack 'n Play). There is an extra refrigerator/freezer and and stand-alone freezer in the garage. There is an air conditioner for the 2 master bedrooms upstairs and all the downstairs rooms have fans (Berkeley rarely gets too hot!). Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, decks and backyard. By city ordinance all outside noise must cease by 9pm. Hide-a-key lockbox provided outside the house for easy access (we will text you the code the night before your arrival). There is NO PARKING allowed beyond the pavers in front of the garage. No more than 4 cars may be parked on the property at once: 2 in the garage, 2 in front on the pavers. Other things to note The house comes with 4 parking spaces: 2 inside the garage and 2 on the pavers in front of the garage. Cars parked beyond the pavers will be towed. There is ample free street parking 4 houses up the road. If you bring a pet please be sure to pay the pet fee and clean up after them (bring bags and definitely don't leave any poop in the backyard!).
