Pretty flat in the center of the city center

My flat is located in the most central point in Göttingen. Just above the statue "Der Tanz" in the pedestrian area. Anything in the center can be reached on foot within 7 minutes. Central station is 10 minutes on foot and the nearby supermarkets and bus stops are abundant. The flat is big, comfortable and well-kept. One furnished 23m2 room (to rent) and one smaller bedroom (mine). Addtitional dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Shower (& washing machine) and toilet in seperate rooms. The space The bigger room (now living room) with the yellow sofa is the room to rent. The other sofa in the room is a comfortable sleeping couch, where normally my guests sleep. For longer stays, furniture can be rearranged or moved elsewhere upon request. Guest access The flat is shared with me and my small friendly cat. Other things to note I am in the process of moving out of Göttingen, that is the reason I do not have a flatmate anymore and am renting the available room out temporarily. About me: I work full time during the day at the University and ocassionaly go somewhere for the weekend.
