Great space to stay while enjoying all the additional perks: The space: This is an older home with amazing additional perks. 3 bedrooms (2 rooms are double rooms (size of 2 rooms with one entrance and 1 king and 1 full in each room-perfect for families - seems like 5 rooms) 2.5 bath Living space with 65' HD TV, Orbi internet connection reaches throughout house and to dock, 2 full sized futons (with bedding) 10 person dining table + 8 person breakfast table + 5 person island Large kitchen with huge island, 36" 6 burner gas stove top, double oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking essentials, 6 bar stools Outdoor furniture (moved inside in winter) Large laundry room, new washer/dryer Game room with Poker table, kids play space Since this is a lakefront home and we allow you to use our lake toys and for the enjoyment of all guests (2 AirBnB rentals at this home), access to the property is limited ONLY to the number of guests on the reservation who've signed a release of liability. **** Note: There is an additional AirBnB rental on the lower level of this large home. This rental includes the entire top floor. The bottom space includes a 600 SF suite. Shared spaces include outdoor deck, BBQ, sport court, lake front, dock, lake toys, blueberry bushes, lake Sammamish trail. There is plenty of parking and space to enjoy. Owners reserve the right to maintain grounds and access our dock and boat at any time (during your stay). For the enjoyment of all guests, no non-registered guests are allowed on the property. *Note, if you've previously viewed or stayed at this property, the hot tub and fitness equipment is no longer available for use. Guest access Top floor and Outdoor areas. Not to access side yard , garage and shop. These items are YOUR PRIVATE access: -3000 SF upper floor including 3 very large bedrooms, 5 beds+ 2 more sofa beds -TV'/Xbox 360 with ability to play DVDs/Cable/Wifi -Gourmet Kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, double oven, microwave, Keurig kcup/kcarafe, large 5 person island and 10 person dining table -Game room -2.5 Bathrooms -Large Laundry room -Upper deck Property Access (these areas are shared with 1 other lower suite rentals): -Sport Court -Lake Frontage -Dock (For persons access/NO WATERCRAFT MOORING OR TIE DOWN ALLOWED) -Beach Equipment (2 person Kayak, kid sized kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets) -BBQ (summer months) -Blueberry orchard (summer months) -Owners reserve the right to maintain grounds, access dock and boat Public Access: -Lake Sammamish Trail Other things to note This places has it all but keep in mind it is an older home. This is Washington, we are on the lake and it is somewhat in the country so there may be spiders. Unfortunately, we spray for them and clean the webs but they reappear. We've placed brand new furniture inside and many things have been updated but there is an occasional funky light switch that may not work or is not perfectly placed. There are some areas with wear and tear, and even after dusting, the dust comes back. Your stay will be comfortable (and the lake will be amazing) but please realize this is not a brand new home. Please also note that there is a lower unit. The only place the lower unit and the top floor overlap is in the kitchen. We kindly ask that you be respectful to other guests and that you keep foot traffic light and noise low in the kitchen from 9 pm to 9 am. Please also note, that we reserve the right to access the property to maintain the outdoor areas, other units, and access that boat dock at any time. -The home is on the lake and we have a dock you can access. You can NOT park/tie down/moor your boat, seadoo or other watercraft on our dock. We are not responsible for damage to your watercraft (or rented watercraft) and do not want damage to our new dock. -Campfires, bond fires, fires of any sort, etc are NOT allowed on our property. If you light a fire, the neighbors will call the fire department, you will be fined and your reservation will be cancelled. Although there is an area that looks appropriate to light a fire, we do not allow you to start a fire on our property.
