The primary guest (person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and on property for the duration of the reservation. The registration fee is one per condo per continuous stay (NOT per person) and includes one Resort Access Pass and the use of most Resort amenities (some Club amenities require an additional fee). The registration fee is required whether the guest will have a vehicle or not. Resort Access Passes will be provided by security upon arrival. Use the left lane and provide your name to pick up your pass. Parking: Parking Pass is $50.00 for first vehicle, $30.00 for a 2nd vehicle. Parking passes are purchased prior to arrival or direct to the resort upon arrival. Parking pass is not included with your reservation. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. We also have offices along Front Beach Road in PCB which you are welcome to stop by during regular business hours. The free activities offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks! Although there is a very good chance of availability, they can sell out during peak seasons. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router.
