Cheerful cottage in beachside neighborhood

Private cottage with yard, water views, and walkable neighborhood. Quiet family neighborhood- no parties. The front door opens into the kitchen. To the left is the living/dining room. To the right is the bathroom. Straight ahead is the bedroom with plenty of closet space. The yard has an outdoor patio set and a fire pit. Location is close to downtown Warren and all necessary amenities. 25 min to Providence, 30 min to Newport+Beaches, 10 min to Bristol+RWU. The space This cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay in charming Warren, Rhode Island, which has the distinction of being the smallest town in the smallest county of the smallest state. Located in the quiet hilly seaside neighborhood of Laurel Park, you’ll enjoy picturesque views of the Kickemuit River. The cottage includes window air conditioning units and baseboard heating. The kitchen has a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven and stove, and all of the utensils, dishes, and cookware you will need for your stay. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. All linens and towels provided for your stay. The dining room/living room includes a dining table with four chairs, a futon couch that can be turned into a queen size sleeping futon, and a small TV. The bedroom has a Full bed with a large closet and nightside table stand. An air mattress can be made available upon request if bedding beyond the Full bed in the bedroom and the queen futon in the living room is not enough. An air mattress can be set up in the bedroom. We can accommodate up to 4 guests. The East Bay Bike Path also cuts right through Warren - bring your bikes!! Small/Medium sized pets only. 1 pet maximum per stay. Pet fee required. No pets on the beach. Guest access This cottage is on our property, but it is private and separate from the main house. The cottage has its own yard with a fire pit and outdoor patio set. This yard is separated from our yard by a rock wall. Guests are asked not to use the yard behind the cottage or the treehouse. Guests will drive up the driveway, past our house. There is parking for up to three cars at the end of the driveway. Please use caution when driving past our house, as we have two kids who sometimes play in the driveway.
