Relax with the whole family in this quiet place that's close to nature. Spacious 200 sqm villa with two bathrooms, large patios and plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The house is located on a quiet dead-end street with the forest as the nearest neighbor. A fenced-in property with gates, a trampoline and a sandbox makes it safe for the kids to play freely. Only 10 minutes by car to Astrid Lindgren's World. About 20 minutes to Bullerbyn. About 30 minutes to Katthult. About 50 minutes to the sea and Västervik. The space The accommodation offers plenty of room for both adults and children, with several sleeping options and generous social areas. Upstairs two bedrooms. One has a double bed (180 cm), and in the children's room, there is a bed of 120 cm. In the basement, there is another spacious bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a crib. The picture also shows an extra mattress on the floor. Please note that the bedroom in the basement has no door. All bedrooms are spacious, making it easy to place an extra mattress where it fits best when needed. Upstairs, there is also a living room with a TV and a glass-enclosed patio that serves as an extra living room, with both a dining area and a sofa group, perfect for socializing, game nights or movie nights. From both the enclosed patio and the outdoor patio, you have a nice view down to the clearing in the forest, where the children can play and build forts while you can easily keep an eye on them. For lazy summer days and long barbecue evenings, there is also a large outdoor patio with dining furniture, lounge furniture, and a gas grill. For bookings, we primarily prioritize stays Sunday–Thursday, Thursday–Sunday, or full weeks Sunday–Sunday. Guest access Entire home Other things to note There is a water accumulation (pool) in the vicinity of the house in the woods that one sees from the back. At other times, a dog lives in the house, so the house is not suitable for people with a severe allergy to fur-bearing animals. There is an Ica store nearby, a coffee shop and a pizzeria in the small community.
