Welcome to this dedicated 2 bedroom guest suite in a quiet neighbourhood - a great base for visiting CBS or the greater St. John's area! You are only: *1 min walk to the Manuels River Trail Network *Within 3 min drive to downtown CBS featuring amenities like Berg’s Ice Cream, Manuels River Interpretation Centre, Ninepenny craft brewery, Jungle Jim’s, coffee & fast food chains, shopping, etc. *15 min drive (& only 1 traffic light) to downtown St. John’s *20 min drive to St. John’s Intl Airport The space You enter this tastefully renovated private suite via the house rear door - downstairs is the Airbnb suite, upstairs is the host's home (behind a secured door so each space is private.) As you enter your suite you have 1400+ sq ft. to stretch out in and relax. You will find 2 very roomy bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, fresh bedding, and TVs. The suite has high speed wi-fi and a desk in one of the bedrooms - great for remote work if needed. Additional "bed in bag" available if needed. You will have a dedicated bathroom and a spacious living area with comfy couches, 4k TV, and an eating area. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, pressure oven, induction cooktop, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, and double sink. Laundry is available upstairs as needed. Enjoy the privacy of the beautifully landscaped, fenced backyard which faces a forested greenbelt. You can relax here with the large deck, patio, firepit, BBQ and hot tub. Hot tub is an additional $50 per stay (not per night). We are pet friendly and have a sweet tempered 12 year old dog named Molly upstairs. (Molly is not permitted in the guest suite.)
