A double reception with two sofas and a dedicated office space leads through to a large, modern kitchen and sunny garden. Next to trendy cafes, restaurants, a cinema, and Walthamstow Market. A stroll to the fashionable Walthamstow Village with wonderful outdoor eateries, pubs, bars, cool shops, and the photogenic neon delight: God's Own Junkyard! The space A four-bedroom modernised Victorian home set over three floors, two minutes walk to restaurants, cinema, and wonderful coffee shops. GROUND FLOOR: double reception, a dedicated work space, and large family kitchen with island-peninsula, plus a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) plus an understairs toilet. FIRST FLOOR: one double bedroom, one kingsize bedroom, and a family bathroom (double sinks plus bath with over-bath shower). LOFT: one kingsize bedroom with double desk, one single bedroom with desk, and one shower room. PATIO GARDEN: is semi-finished and a work in progress. We have a parasol and some garden furniture, an artificial lawn with more established plants in the borders and pots. The front entrance yard is similarly unfinished and has an uneven surface, so please take care if you're guests are elderly. Guest access Guests will have access to the complete house, other than a locked office on the first floor. Other things to note We are happy to offer a discount if a smaller family would like to stay, and we can also offer a discount if you would like to petsit our friendly Boston Terrier and/or our two cats during your stay.
