The space This is a freshly renovated basement apartment with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The space sleeps up to six people as long as folks couple up (one king bed, one fold-out sofa, two twin beds). You'll have a private, keypad entrance. Guest access You'll have access to the full bottom floor with a parking spot and private keypad entry. Other things to note The homeowners live upstairs. We made sure to insulate/soundproof the floor/ceiling when we renovated the basement, and we are quiet as church mice.
