There is a private fence around the entire home so guests do not need to leave the private yard to go between each side of the duplex- they will simply go through the gate to the adjacent home. Other things to note This listing is for both sides of the duplex. The June House has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 8. The James House has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 6. Between the two sides, we can comfortably sleep 14 guests. Perfect for your large group that wants to be close but still wants some privacy in their own place! Please note the duplexes are connecting by a wall only and to get between the 2 spaces you need to go outside and walk ~10 feet. CHECKIN/CHECKOUT -Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM -Early check in or late check outs are not always able to be accommodated. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we often require the entire window of time to turn over the home depending on the guest count. - If we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $25 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). If you want more than 3 hours extra, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure. PETS - Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fee of $125/dog. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook.
