Self contained barn on the edge of the Cotswolds

Latton is a small village on the edge of the Cotswolds and only a 15 minute drive away from the vibrant market town of Cirencester. The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. Latton is surrounded by open countryside with walks directly from the property. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding. The space The barn is newly constructed and is self contained, sitting across the drive from our home. The whole space is underfloor heated and is split across 2 floors. - 1 large bedroom with King Size Bed and a Smart TV (you need to use your own login for Netflix/Prime) - 1 additional single bed in the same bedroom - 2 bathrooms, both with walk-in showers - Kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine) - Utility room (washing machine & tumble dryer) - Large sitting room with a Smart TV (you will need to use your own login for Netflix/Prime) and a desk area for working - Sun room which overlooks the patio with a Smart TV (you will need to use your own login for Netflix/Prime) - Private use of a patio area with seating - Free off street parking for 1 car Guest access The barn is self-contained with it's own front door and key box. It has a private patio area which overlooks the garden of the main house. Other things to note - We are happy for guests to bring their own travel cot if they have a baby/toddler. Please note however that there isn’t a stair gate if your child has just started walking/crawling. - We have an additional single bed in the same bedroom for a child. - No smoking and no parties - No dogs sadly - Preferred check in time is from 3pm and check out 11am
