This is a peaceful location, gas central heating, very clean, garden, no smoking, private shower room, full kitchen amenities, this is room only, towels and bed linen provided, wifi, House Share with host, free parking, Short walk to Portobello beach, train station and 5 minutes to bus stop, good shopping at Fort Kinnaird, 24hr supermarket, on excellent bus route and next to A1, Musselburgh, restaurants and city centre 30 mins bus ride or less when quiet, extra bedroom available at extra cost The space This is a good space and provides space for guests to sit and relax, the bedrooms are upstairs including the toilet and shower room (private for guests) there is a second double room available for a further two guests for an additional fee per night, if you have friends / family, this is available upon request, you will share the bathroom with your guests, please note the host lives in the property and will be sharing the kitchen facilities, host bedroom and bathroom is separate to guest facilities, guests are upstairs and the host is downstairs Guest access Open plan kitchen/dining room/ tv area for guest use day and evening Utility room with washing machine for guest use before 21:00, there is a clothes line outside to hang your clothes to dry or an indoor clothes rack Tumble dryer is not included in room price During your stay I live in the property so I am available for guests but I also have my own space so privacy is provided Other things to note Please ensure you lock the door when you leave by pushing the door handle firmly upwards then turn the key, please check the door is locked before you leave Please take your shoes off when inside the house, there is a cupboard downstairs for jackets and shoes Washing machine is available, please do not put on after 21:00
