Absolutely beautiful home w/ breathtaking/insta-worthy view of Lake Cumberland while sitting in a 8-Person Hot Tub! This home has a huge deck for back porch sittin' & grillin' while watching fast boats go by, Bald Eagles flyin' & fresh air! It has a fully furnished kitchen, 5 Queen beds, 7 Smart TVs, 3 Couches & a 450 sqft game room w/ 65" TV, pool table for fun! Downstairs has a beautiful master bedroom w/ his/her sink, a walk in tile rain shower that has Bluetooth & moonlight lighting! From the Lake View to the front side view of farmland, this is just a perfect getaway! There are 7 Roku TVs, which are all set up with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Amazon Prime, and Live TV provided by Ruku. 500+ Mbps per second internet with wifi! We strive to provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a few days worth of consumables such as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, linens, dish towels, at least one bath towel per person, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with items such as a 5-quart Crock Pot, toaster, toaster oven, regular coffee pot, K-cup machine, pots and pans, and various dishware. If you enjoy grilling, we have a ready-to-use gas grill. For outdoor relaxation, there is a fire ring in the front lawn, so remember to bring firewood and folding chairs. While we provide most necessities, we suggest bringing or purchasing personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrushes, etc. Additionally, if you wish to use a gaming system or have specific seating preferences outdoors, you may want to bring your own. Lastly, don't forget to stock up on groceries, coffee, condiments, drinks, and snacks! Set up of the home/Wheelchair Access: The home is two stories. The basement/first floor is the main entrance and has a concrete driveway, and has two wheel chair accessible doors. The basement includes the game room, laundry room, and 1 bedroom shared with a living room. The top floor/second floor is accessible by stairs from the basement, stairs via the deck, or by the front door via the front lawn. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Advertised for 10 people with 5 queen beds, a few more extra guests could sleep on the couch if needed at no extra charge! Note that to get a view this gorgeous, the home sits on a bluff, resulting in the back yard not being useable and mostly fenced off. However, there is plenty of room in the front yard for families to use and enjoy! A few extra notes: -The lake is not directly accessible from the property. -It does not have a dock, but you can have multiple boats on trailers in the driveway or front yard. -There is a fireplace, but my insurance company will not allow guests to use it because of liability. (Gas logs are not hooked up, and chimney is capped) -The property is located next to a body of water in the woods so please close all doors to avoid letting our lake & woodland critters such as bugs, fly's, insects, birds, raccoons, mice or squirrels in the home. - Property does have OUTSIDE cameras, which are turned OFF during your stay. NO Cameras are located INSIDE. -The property does not have a traditional cable/DVD/Blue Ray player. There is an August Door Lock with a Key Pad. Guests will be provided with a code along with the property address a few days before their arrival. I personally will not be available but can be in emergencies. Eat at a ton of restaurants from local favorites (My fav is Guthrie's 9min) to your hometown favorites (My 2nd fav: Texas Road House 15min) There is also a water park, marinas and a few bars! Note that the view of the house is breathtaking, however there is not direct access to the water as the house sits on a bluff. See the Marina/Ramp info below! Marina: (Book a Jet-ski or Boat in Advance!) For local marinas my top pick is Conley Bottom: Only 15 min away. - Dock your boat for the week here via purchasing a transient slip. Have dinner at the Boathouse Restaurant which is on the water or Grab a slice of pizza/ice cream and sit on a rocker to watch the sunset. Other Picks; Burnside marina 10min; Burnside Island Ramp 10 Min; Marina Rowena 44min; Safe Harbor Beaver Creek 31min; Experienced Guests: Waitsboro Boat Ramp is only 5 minutes but is steep and on a curve. I've successfully used it a couple times, but just prepare your crew to be careful. It is actually on the way to Burnside, so if you attempt to use and decide not to, you can always pull out and be at Burnside Marina/State Park in 7-10 min.
