Situated on a private half acre lot with ample indoor and outdoor space and plenty of parking. Decorated in modern coastal design with a kitchen stocked for cooking, this is your your Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach retreat! The space 🛋 Inside You'll be greeted by soaring 10-foot ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, gas fireplace, and chic modern-coastal decor. The main living area is perfect for gathering, while the fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. We provide both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea, creamers and sugar. Our dining room seats 8-10 plus another 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. 🌿 Outside Step outside to your private oasis. The expansive covered patio comfortably seats 12 guests and features a gas BBQ, Edison string lights, and ceiling fans. Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table for six. Unwind in the cozy living area next to the propane gas fire pit or enjoy roasting marshmallows at the wood burning fire pit. Set the mood with the Sonos Bluetooth sound system for the perfect evening ambiance. Enjoy a game mini pickleball, corn hole, ladder toss, spike ball, bocce ball, or other outside activities. 🛏 Bedrooms Our home offers five spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. All bedrooms feature new memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, and closets with shelving, hangers, and luggage racks to help you settle in. Bedroom 1 Lower-Level Suite: This spacious bedroom features a King bed, a smart TV, 11-foot ceilings, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 Upper-Level Suite: An ideal private escape, this suite includes a large bedroom with a Casper King bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a private living room with a TV, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and Culligan drinking water dispenser. It also has its own private deck and entrance. The upper suite can be converted into an optional 6th bedroom with a pull-out queen sofa bed. Bedroom 3: This HUGE bedroom features a queen Casper bed, expansive windows, and your own private sitting area. Bedroom 4: Features a Casper queen bed and large closet. Bedroom 5 Bunk Room: Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room is set up with a bunk bed (twin over full mattress) and sleeps three. Bedroom 6 (optional pull-out sofa bed) Our upper level suite has an optional 6th bedroom flex room. The attached upper living room can convert to a bedroom with our pull-out queen sofa bed. The sofa bed is a 5" mattress. 🛁 Bathrooms We have three full bathrooms. Two bathrooms are en-suites connected to bedroom #1 and bedroom #2. The third hall bathroom is on the lover level. We provide quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. 📎 Office Need to work during your stay? We've got you covered with a dedicated office space, complete with a desk, office chair, and high-speed internet. 🧺 Laundry A washer and dryer is available for guest use during your stay. Perfect for longer visits or active days. 🧸Traveling with children For families with little ones, we provide a Pack 'n Play crib and children's dinnerware. 🏡 The Neighborhood Our home is nestled in a fantastic, central neighborhood, putting the best of Wilmington within easy reach. You’re just a short drive from key destinations: • UNCW: 4 minutes • Wrightsville Manor: 5 minutes • Wrightsville Beach (town): 6 minutes • Historic Downtown Wilmington: 15 minutes 🏖️Beach Gear We provide six beach chairs, beach totes, towels, and a rolling cooler. 🚴🏼‍♂️ Bicycles/Running Love to ride bikes or go for a run? Bradley Creek Hideaway is located just steps from Wilmington's Cross-City Trail - a multi-use trail that will take you to Wrightsville Beach or UNCW. We provide five adult bicycles for guest use. 🎪 Events/Gatherings With prior approval only we may consider allowing guests to host a small gathering of up to 25 guests. Booking guest must review and agree to our Events Policy and pay a partially refundable deposit. *Guests must be 21 years or older at the time of booking to make a reservation. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home, yard, and all amenities on the half-acre property. Check-in is simple and convenient with our self check-in process. Ample parking is available on-site for 6 or more vehicles. Other things to note We have five adult bikes available on site which are locked in our storage shed. If guests want access to the bikes, we will give the code out by request only.
