The space This is a perfectly equipped cottage, in the kitchen, with everything you'll need to cook up good meals after a day spent outdoors. The large island will be perfect for aperitifs! It is also equipped with a pantry. Guests can take advantage of the large terrace surrounded by trees or the fire area from which you will have a bird's eye view of Lake Memphremagog! The living room is divided into two distinct areas, so it will be easy to gather around the wood-burning stove or to listen to a good TV series a little further away, sitting comfortably. The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms (two with queen size bed and the other with double bed and two single beds) and a full bathroom. You will find a second living room with TV and 1 other bedroom on the ground floor (Queen size bed and Single day bed). This is the floor where you can store your skis and sports equipment. Glove and boot dryers have been installed in a Mod Room that has direct access to the outside. You can also place your skis on an external wooden support provided for this purpose.
