Dolan View and Amazing sunsets!

Beautiful Sunrises, in a peaceful environment, just off Pierce Ferry Rd. overlooking Dolan Springs. PLEASE go to photos to see and follow easy directions to my location. I recommend you not use your navigation system. Be aware most roads are not city maintained and are rocky. There are free range cattle that you may see in the yard. They are free to roam in Dolan Springs. You may see other wild life like quail, coyotes, turkey hawk, occasional mustangs, and other critters . The space Master bedroom has a full size bed w/memory foam mattress, sm. dresser, 2 lamps. bedroom #1 has day bed w/ closet Bedroom #2 has twin trundle bed with memory foam mattress Guest access Lock box with 2 keys, self check-in, unless a circumstance occurs where someone is needed. Please keep keys on lockbox or put keys on key chain provided on key holder next to the door once you enter the house. If you remove the keys from the lockbox when you check out, attach them back on the lockbox. As they can fall through the wood floor. Other things to note BE SURE TO FOLLOW MY EASY DIRECTIONS LISTED IN PHOTOS! My location is 2 turns off Pierce Ferry Rd. Turn right on 11th st. just a few feet after you see FAMILY DOLLAR.. go approx. 1 mile to Joshua, turn right and it's the first light yellow house on the left with a huge flag painted on the wall. DO NOT use a gps! A couple of guest have tried to use a navigation app and it has taken them on a BAD rocky road. The house has a 10gal water tank, thats the only size that fits in the water heater area, so you need to wait a few min in between showers for more hot water. My apologies for this inconvenience. Hope to remedy this in the near future Leave NO dirty dishes and remove trash to outside container. Make sure the bag is tied. There is NO garbage disposal. I have provided a container with food bags to dispose of food waste. Refrain from throwing anything down the toilet to avoid backups.
