One minute walking distance to Long Eaton train station. Canal and river walks with local pubs very close by. One mile from Long Eaton town centre with shops and two large supermarkets. Friendly host and please be aware that a super friendly Greyhound also lives in this home. The space Comfortable and spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, and bedroom. Large outdoor space with patio and grass area. Main bathroom has separate bath and shower and there is a downstairs WC. Guest access You have full access to the property, except for my bedroom. During your stay I also live in the home and will be available should you require any help or have any questions. On check-in I will provide my mobile number should you need anything at all during your stay. Other things to note Breakfast isn’t provided but you can help yourself to unlimited tea and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils should you wish to cook during your stay.
