The master bedroom has a king bed, in two guest rooms there are queen beds, and the other has a full bed. The kitchen has all the basic necessities- pots, pans, olive oil, spices, and filtered water. The backyard has some gym equipment, and an outdoor seating area around the fire pit, in addition to our BRAND NEW full-sized Pickleball court in the backyard! Welcome to our cherished home, which we're delighted to share with you during our absence. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same love and care that we do. We will be available via txt or phone call any time of day for any questions and needs. Please don't hesitate to reach out! This is a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that we love so much. There is an awesome park within walking/biking distance that has baseball fields, a skate park, a playground, and wide open grassy areas. We hope you enjoy this neighborhood as much as we do! The best way to get around is by car. There is also the popular Tucson Bike Loop located about a mile away! This is a NON-smoking property (no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.) Any signs of smoking or damage will incur additional charges. We have the best neighbors, and to respect their peace we ask you to observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 8:00am.
