Description
Brand new in July 2022. Ty Uchaf Farm Glamping - tranquil glamping pods and tipis hidden away in the beautiful rolling Welsh countryside, on our small farm. BBQs, firepits, nature and twenty acres of your own to explore and make adventures and memories. Our traditional sioux tipi is off-grid and low impact - with solar and wood-fired energy. Peaceful, green and refreshing - with hosts who are as attentive or absent as you wish. Great for families, friends, couples and romantic getaways. The space Ty Mynydd is a large, 21-foot traditional sioux tipi with with balcony views west over the Clywdian hills and stunning sunsets. It has a BBQ/oven as well as a firepit and tripod cooker. It is well equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay - including 12v electrics and USB charging ports, fridge and kitchen area, dining table and chairs, DAB radio, games, maps and books. Outside is a dedicated compost toilet for the tipi and an outdoor hot shower shack. It has a lovely double bed and a large sofa-bed suitable for upto 2 children (under 18). A single airmattress can be provided for a 3rd child - making total capacity for 2 adults and 3 children. Elsewhere in our glamping meadow is a lovely Field Kitchen with gas hob, stores and wood-fired stone pizza oven (coming summer 2023). Guest access You'll have access to the whole site including 20 acres of fields and woods, as well as other facilities. Other things to note Please note that our site is proper countryside - with all its glories including uneven ground and lots of nature. Sorry - but as a farm with our own pets and a range of other animals, we don't accept guests' dogs. We do of course warmly welcome seeing/hearing/assistance dogs covered by the Equalities Act 2010.
