Entire house sleeps 8 (4 adults, 4 children). 3 bedrooms all ensuite baths. Half bath on main. Comfortable for 2 families. Backs up to nature trail. Great porches for relaxing in the ocean breeze. We are located in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood which is next to the Rosemary Beach neighborhood. We are not in Rosemary. Our rates have increased to cover the 15% fee we are now charged from this site (they no longer charge the guest a fee and charge owners).
