This really is the perfect alternative to a cramped hotel room! The space The layout of this 1-bedroom condo is highly efficient. The queen bed fits comfortably in the bedroom along with a nightstand and dresser. The couch (which folds down to a bed) is comfortable for 3 to snuggle up for a good movie and the 4 barstools afford ample space for a meal at the built-in dining bar. The kitchen is stocked with all that's needed to cook a simple meal in and features a refrigerator, range/oven and microwave. Guest access The entire condo is available to guests with the exception of the washer/dryer which is only available for stays of 30 days or longer. The stairs shown in the a few of the photos lead only to storage on a landing. While two flights exterior stairs are required to reach the front door, the condo itself is all on one-level.
