A large two bedroom, one bath, apartment with lots of big, bright, sunny, windows right above a beautiful park. This spacious space is great for a Tel Avivian getaway in a peaceful neighborhood only a few minutes from central Tel Aviv. Minutes walking from one of the best fresh farmer’s market in town. Easy access to public transportation, scooters and city bikes. Parking right downstairs and a free huge lot 50 meters away. Reach out for anything! The space The space has two-bedrooms, a large bathroom, a comfortable kitchen, and a spacious living room with tons of sunny windows. Each bedroom has a closet and queen size bed, fresh sheets, towels, AC & heating, and windows that shut completely from light. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, a microwave, an oven, and refrigerator. You can also expect to find cooking essentials and basic toiletries to help accommodate your stay. Although in a rugged building, the space has been renovated in recent years with new appliances. The apartment overlooks a beautiful park with windows facing north, south and west making it breezy and airy. Free parking can easily be found on the street or at the free parking lot a few steps away. Guest access The entire apartment is yours. The unit is not shared. Other things to note 3RD FLOOR APT. NO ELEVATOR Host is only available between 3pm-2am. Washing machine is rusted, old, but does the job. This is my private home, I airbnb when away, the fridge will have condiments and other items you can feel free to use. Sofa will have a cover on it. Very few decor elements may be removed or moved around. Guests are required to have basic knowledge in the use of appliances, WI-FI, TV, and troubleshooting issues if necessary. The building is old and rugged, 3.5 floor walk up, see if it’s right for you. The couch is brand new any damage or stain will incur a 300$ fee.
