The house is an old renovated barn, the oldest part of which dates back to 1800. It has the charm of the old: red tiles and beams. The large garden is wooded and has a small pond, three covered terraces, a barbecue and a swing. The setting is ideal for a stay with family and/or friends. The house is located in a small quiet hamlet, on a hiking trail, less than 10 minutes from Fleurance, 20 minutes from Auch and Lectoure. The entire house is available. Next to the barbecue you will find a small outbuilding in which the washing machine is installed. Only the upstairs room, locked, is private. Other things to note The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: there are steps to enter the house and to access the sleeping area. The house is in a small hamlet that includes 3 houses and is 2 kilometers from the village. There are no fences between the houses in the hamlet. Hedges, trees and shrubs naturally delimit the gardens. The Sentier des Étoiles (11 km walking loop) passes in front of the house and will allow you to discover the surroundings.
