To access the private suite, please enter through our side gate and walk up to our beautiful backyard, where there is a door to enter your space. Upon entering the entrance, its high ceiling area with queen bed attached to a walk-in closet and a full master bathroom. Also, the second-floor stairs are attached to the master bedroom making it more spacious. This floor consists of some office space and another bedroom with a balcony. Also going down the stairs next to the restroom there is a locked door that connects to the front portion of the house, Please DO NOT try to open or knock on that. We have grown many different types of plants and trees ranging from banana trees to more exotic plants like moringa. Please refrain from plucking fruits or vegetables. However, the lemons and herbs are all yours!! We love our plants a lot, so please be gentle when you are around them. Guest access Private entrance from the backyard: All guests have access to the two bedrooms and bathroom inside the home and the backyard. Other things to note This space has no kitchen. But we provide a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Since this listing only covers the back portion of the house, we may have other guests living in the listing that cover the front portion. Please give them their space as they will to you and maintain quiet hours 9pm-7am If you order food from a food delivery company like Uber Eats or GrubHub please write a note to the deliverer to NOT knock on the front door and to leave it near the gate since other tenants may be living there. Also please limit your trash to 2/3 disposable bags (13 gallons each) per week For guests staying more than a week, we may visit around the home to ensure everything stays tidy in areas like the garage, backyard, front yard, or side spaces. We also have other listings that cover the whole house (sleeps 10) and another one for the front portion with kitchen/parking(sleeps 6). If you are planning to travel around, please do not forget to check the map for the traffic during that time.
