Private laundry rm, Queen mattress w/ memory foam topper. 2 couches, recliner, desk area, private patio. Ideal for longer stays! We are now allowing 1 cat. The space Private driveway & parking area. Living room, eating area, coat closet, bedroom with full bath attached. Closet & armoire. Private attached full laundry room with washer/dryer only for your use. If you have a cat, we have built an attached catio with a safe attached cat door. We will allow 1 cat & additional pet fees apply. Other things to note Quiet and private surrounded by nature.
