Our house has 250 m2, distributed in 4 bedrooms, one master suite, 1 demi suite, 3 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and barbecue with balcony, balconies on the upper floor, swimming pool, beach tennis and volleyball court, for everyone's enjoyment. The space Spacious and comfortable house, with swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 1 master suite, all bedrooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fan. On the ground floor, we have 1 bedroom, bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, barbecue with balcony; on the upper floor, we have 2 bedrooms with balcony, master suite and intimate living room. Swimming pool in front of the house and on the next lot is the beach tennis court and grass court for volleyball and soccer. Guest access The entire space is available for use. Other things to note * The cleaning included in the price is carried out only at checkout. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel is provided per guest and one hand towel per bathroom, plus linens for the number of guests indicated. Additional items are available at an extra fee. - We can also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach tennis rackets, bicycles and other items, for an extra fee (it is important to mention interest in the reservation). Other things to note IMPORTANT: - For check-in after 8 p.m., there is an additional convenience fee of R$ 50, until 10 p.m. and R$ 100 after 10 p.m. - The entry of more guests than informed in the reservation and/or allowed by the property is prohibited. - Condominium/neighborhood rules and fines during the reservation are the responsibility of the guest. - ** Makeup and/or sunscreen stains, etc. (that do not come off after washing in the laundry), on the trousseau, will be charged separately. - At check-out, please leave the house organized, do not leave dirty dishes, separate and collect the garbage.
