Friendly quiet neighborhood in a private location. Close to 5 freeway entrance. 3-minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk to Capo/Doheny beach. Across the street from Costco and Smart & Final. Dana Point Harbor is the ideal place to share a morning coffee or a sunset stroll. Walking, biking and driving are the easiest ways to get around. Beach, stores and restaurants are within walking distance (15-20 minute walk, 8 minute bike ride or 2 minute car ride). Within driving distance to Enterprise Rental Car and various bike rental shops. There are also city buses nearby. The Dana Point Trolley is available during the summer season, providing free transportation from San Clemente to Laguna beach (visit the Dana Point City website for details). There is a Dyson cool fan. Summer months can be warm. There is a unit above, but the soundproofing is better than most, however the unit upstairs is also an AirBnb so you may hear some footsteps and/or new guests arriving at any point. There is a mechanic shop across the alley near the home; you will occasionally hear their tools. Their shop opens around 9:00am and closes around 6:00pm. They are closed on Sundays. None of my guests have commented on or complained about the mechanic shop, but wanted to point it out so everyone is aware of these details before booking. Depending on your phone service provider, cell service may be spotty inside the unit. The WiFi, however, has a fast and strong signal. If you have further questions, never hesitate to reach out!
