The Cart Linhay is a new, detached barn conversion surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the Taw Valley in Umberleigh, North Devon. It offers stunning views from the large lounge/kitchen and all bedrooms. There is easy access from the farm to the best of North Devon including Exmoor, beaches and the coast path. The space Large Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Area - - American style fridge freezer with water/ice dispenser - Large 60 inch Smart TV with DVD Player -Large panoramic sliding doors open onto your private patio and garden with BBQ area - Fully equipped kitchen including microwave -Good WiFi connection throughout -Underfloor heating throughout property Family Bathroom - with shower over the bath. Master Bedroom with Ensuite shower room - with King Size bed, Smart Tv, Ensuite bathroom with low level rainfall shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 can both be made up as Twins or Super Kings. Towels are provided. All our beds/linen and towels are high quality hotel standard. The cottage is all on one level inside with one small step into the front door and one small step into the back patio door. Dogs: We allow a maximum of one dog for your stay. There is a £50 pet fee and please declare you are bringing a pet with you at the time of booking. Food and water bowl provided. Dog bed is not so please bring from home. Dogs are not allowed on the children’s games lawn and must be kept on a lead in the farmyard area. EV Charging: Please contact us if you would like to charge your car during your stay. The charger is operated via a Passcode. Charging electric is as an additional cost to your stay and a £50 payment is required before use. Electric usage will be calculated at the end of your stay, then we will refund any monies owed or let you know balance payable if usage is over £50. Guest access The cottage is all on one level inside with one small step into the front door and one small step into the back patio door. There is access to the 400 acre farm, walks through the wood, along the River Taw, through wildlife meadows and fields. Games Lawn with swing\slide. Other things to note For guests with children we can provide travel cot with foam mattress, high chair, booster seat and bed guards. Your private garden is completely enclosed enabling children to play safely. Toys, books and DVDs are provided. Additional games lawn provides an extra place to play.
