Exclusive private family home, 10 mins from the beautiful beach town of Ericeira, the world famous surfing destination, only 45 mins from Lisbon. The space Foxhole is a unique property set in 24,000sqm of countryside near the world surf reserve of Ericeira, Portugal. You will be staying in one of two, one bedroom self contained rental spaces on the ground floor of our family home. You have your own private entrance and doors that lead out onto an amazing patio, with salt water swimming pool & skate bowl. Where you can enjoy blissful views of the countryside and ocean. The bedroom has two comfortable single beds, (which can be aligned for couples), a chair, and space to hang clothes. Next door is a classic tiled bathroom with a shower cabin. You also have your own private, large living/dining room to relax in, with comfy sofas, dining table, reading material, and underfloor heating, in the winter, if needed. If you feel like eating in, there is a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you might need. It has a kettle, cafetiere and toaster, plus an oven, induction hob, integrated fridge and dishwasher. The space is designed for comfort, so can be enjoyed by all, at anytime of year. Couples, and families with older children will feel equally at home here. It makes the ideal base from which to explore the area, and the plentiful activities which are available, hiking, horse riding, paddle boarding, surfing and yoga, amongst many others. There are also two other skate parks within a short drive, and multiple beaches to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space at the rear of the property, which includes the skate bowl and swimming pool, a large cobbled patio, with table, chairs, loungers and barbecue. This outdoor space is shared to varying degrees, with us, our two young adult children, our three friendly dogs, and other guests. This helps us to make sure that our place will be a good fit for you, and meet your expectations. This is one of two rental spaces on the ground floor of the house, and there is an interconnecting door (lockable) between them, so depending on availability, they can be booked together if you are travelling with other people. The more we know; whether you're planning to skate, surf, work remotely or laze quietly by the pool.
