Charming renovated farmhouse in the middle of a Vosges hamlet. Spacious interior suitable for family and/or friendly gatherings. The property has a 4000 m2 plot as well as two terraces, one of which is covered with garden furniture, table and spa. Various peaceful corners to relax, but also play areas such as petanque court, badminton nets, etc. We can accommodate 12 adults and 2 children at most. Infants are not full guests. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has an individual walk-in closet as well as a king size bed (2 adults). This room is typical of 1821 (age of the house) and has old wooden cupboards, a clock and an old decorative stone fireplace • Bedroom 2, upstairs consists of a desk, wardrobe and two single beds (2 people) • Bedroom 3, upstairs is a large bedroom with a wardrobe, a king size bed and a double bed (2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults) • Bedroom 4 is a bedroom with a dresser, a wardrobe, a double bed (2 adults) and a single bed that can be made into 2 by pulling it from below (1 or 2 children) • Living room 2, upstairs can be closed with curtains and you can unfold the sofa bed if you need an extra bed. (2 adults) □ The house has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet: • On the ground floor, a large shower and a double sink • Upstairs, a bathtub-shower, a sink and a toilet. □ Some amenities not listed in the Airbnb description: You have two broom vacuum cleaners in the accommodation but also outside a gas plancha, wood-burning barbecues, outdoor furniture (deckchairs, multifunctional chairs, etc.), raclette appliances, waffle maker, home meal delivery. In addition, it is possible to park a car in the garage. □ At the prior request of guests, we can provide 2 portable cribs, 1 playpen, 2 high chairs, and install the fire screen for the stove.
