Cosy Private room in Croydon

If you're interested in a welcoming, pleasant home to stay; look no further. My space is located in New Addington, very close to shops and restaurants. It is a fresh, clean and spacious double room. My Daughter and I live in this spacious three bedroom semi detached home and we look forward to giving you a great welcome The space You have everything you need for a relaxing stay with us. A warm bed with 32inches tv connected with Netflix. Also available to you in the room is a double wardrobe with mirror, a bedside drawer with bed lamp, shelves with clean towels and beddings. In the room are toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits/water and your own kettle with cups, fridge to keep your meals and drinks, a tower fan in summer, pressing iron, hangers, blow dryer and other needed amenities. Guest access Within the home are shared spaces such as the garden, living room and kitchen. There is also a parking space in the driveway. During your stay I am a school teacher and will welcome you when I arrive home in the evening Monday to Friday during school days. I will be there to offer any help during your stay with us. Other things to note Our home is two minutes walk to the Bus 64 stop and with 15 minutes Tram ride to East Croydon mainline Train Station with fast 15minutes trains into London, Gatwick Airport etc.
