Kitchen The large modern kitchen features quartz countertops, 8 burner gas stove, custom cabinets and is fully outfitted with everything you need. There is seating for 12 at the custom built-in dining table and banquet and additional seating at the massive island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a barn door large pantry and a full-size laundry room with new washer and dryer. PRIVATE CHEF available upon request! The Sandy River Suite The ground floor suite awaits with views of the Sandy river. Enjoy the newly designed suite cozied up in your king size bed under luxury bedding while watching a movie on the flat screen TV. Plenty of space for all your ski clothes in your large walk in closet. Don’t like sharing? No need with your own primary bathroom with double vanity, oversized gorgeous rock bottom shower and custom bath products. The Salmon River Suite Our second ground level primary suite was designed to bring nature to you. Relax in your king size bed with luxury linens, take in the natural colors and materials from your king size bed. Unwind with a movie on your flat screen smart TV. The Salmon River Suite also has its own full bathroom, with double vanities —this one even has a tub! Forgot your bath products? No problem, we have you covered with soaking salts and bubble bath-even suds for the littlest guests. Bunk House Suite Bunks have never looked so good. Custom built in beds provide beautiful and cozy beds for any guests comfort level, each with a designated reading sconce and lovely linens. More guests? No problem! Each bed also houses a trundle bed underneath, making this room comfortable to sleep 4 total. The loft also offers a designated work space for up to three, with access to high speed internet and river views. Take a break from work and calm your mind in our yoga and meditation corner. Didn't pack your mat? We've got you with three yoga mats, block, cushion, foam roller and singing bowl. You can spend your days relaxing in the oversized lounge chairs. Kids will enjoy the games and book collection in this fun loft. Game Room If you'd rather hunker down inside, not to worry. Our full 2-car garage game room won't leave you disappointed. The game room features a full size pool table, Ms. Pac Man arcade game (+20 other pre-loaded games), dartboard, shuffleboard table and your very own poker table (cards, poker chips provided). If you get hungry, put a quarter in one of our 6 vintage candy machines and twist away! The Outdoor Space Where do we begin! There are many outdoor spaces to enjoy on the large flat, sunny, riverside oversized property. The pacific northwest rainy weather won't keep you from enjoying the outdoors at Magnolia Pine's expansive covered deck with three separate and DRY entertaining spaces. Unwind in the hanging daybed in front of the outdoor wood burning fireplace and big screen TV. Dine alfresco at the full dining area with farmhouse table with tabletop gas fire feature. Grill while staying dry in the covered BBQ grilling area. Chat about they day at the slopes in the additional seating area with couch, two armchairs, and hanging egg chair all with stunning views of the river, backyard and forest . We also have many other spaces that overlook the beautiful Sandy River. Gather your friends and family for a game of volleyball or badminton on your own full-size sand volleyball court. Toss horseshoes, fish the river from your own private beach, tube the river--yes! The river is right there! Wash your sandy volleyball feet in the outdoor shower and warm up in the hot tub. Watch the clouds pass in either hammock, sip a cocktail in a cedar adirondack chair, kick the soccer ball around on the large level grass area. Tell stories around 1 or 2 of our outdoor firepits. Too dark out there? No way, the whole property is lit up with outdoor bistro lights, making it festive and fun until late into the night. No matter where you decide to settle in, the breathtaking views will not leave you disappointed! Wine Bar That's right, you have your very own wine bar. Enjoy the recently renovated wine bar with custom tile floor and lighting. Equipped with wine barrel tables, leather seating, bar and hanging lights, take a break from the backyard and enjoy the cozy nook- a special place for celebrating your special moments. Connect High speed internet, 3 indoor flat screen smart TV's, 1 outdoor flat screen smart tv, and Alexa streaming device. Disconnect We can do that too! Lot's of children's, family and adult bard and card games. Children and adult book collection. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE While this place screams entertainment, please no parties unless arranged with owners prior to booking. Please no confetti, glitter or play dough! Additional fees may apply for events. Please include all guests’ names and ages at time of booking. No other guests besides those included during booking are allowed on property unless arranged with owners. While we adore pets, we are unable to host yours for the time being. We have many wild animals including a bald eagle who may stop by to say hello. There is no garage as it has been turned into a 2-car garage adult playroom. There is a large, covered patio and extensive parking, however. Keyless entry allows a private entry to the home. We have a pack and play with bedding, child stools, booster seat dishes, utensils and books for the little ones. Thank you for respecting our home and rules. This has been a labor of love and we are so excited to share this magical place with others. Other things to note regarding total guest count: we allow 8 guests, kids under 2 don’t count towards the total. Please reach out if you have questions!
