Centrally located between St Pete & Sarasota. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils. There is plenty of drawers and one closet for longer stays. The living/bedroom is carpeted and the kitchen/bath is tile. The space is small and when the bed is down only one side of the bed has space to walk, making this a best fit for one guest, however many couples have been very happy with the space. Guest access Private with a shared outdoor patio. Hair blow dryer, Antenna TV , Free Amazon Prime Movies ,WIFI, Microwave,Coffee Maker, Convection Oven, 2 Burner Hot Plate, Fridge, Full size double sink, basic eating & cooking utensils, lots of parking in a quiet neighborhood.
