Kick back and relax in this calm, swiss style space located in the outskirts of the village of Waltham in the Pontiac region, Quebec. The Villa is built on a 2 acres flat and wooded land by the waters of the Ottawa River. You will enjoy all year round fishing, clean waters for swimming and boating in the summer, and plenty of trails to explore. It is also surrounded by farmlands and green mountains and about 15 minutes drive from Pembroke, and 1.5 hours from Ottawa The space Main floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and two bathrooms. Second floor has another bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom and another smaller bedroom with a stacked bed for kids. A desk space in the main living room by the windows overlooking the river is available for working professionals You can swim/boat in the river from a small beach and the water is clean. In the water there's a shallow ledge along our waterfront 10-15' wide before a deeper drop off Guest access You have access to the whole cottage and backyard and river for swimming/boating.
