The space 2 Minutes walk from the beach, 25 mins drive from the St Helens Mountain bike trails, 40 min drive from the Bay of Fires, 40 min drive from the Lobster Shack at Bicheno - for the foodies- they are delicious! 1 hr drive from Freycinet and Wineglass bay. 1:20 min drive from Derby mountain bike trails My holiday home has : 3 bedrooms (2x Queen Rooms with built in robes, 1 x kids room with 2 singles ) the kids room and a Queen has direct access via French doors to the lower balcony/deck. 2 bathrooms (1x with with bath and a shower, 1 x with shower only). Upstairs you will enjoy an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with panoramic views which opens up to the upper balcony/deck. Fully equipped kitchen, linen supplied, plenty of on street parking. Off street parking on property also. Out door shower to rinse off after coming back home from your time at the beach and lagoon. DOGS ONLY ALLOWED. Dogs are welcome to stay, however please respect my home by keeping your furry friends out of the bed rooms and keeping them off all furniture upstairs in the living room.
