You will be close to I95, the Mets Spring Training, 14 screen movie theater, and lots of shopping & restaurants. There are several great beaches within 20 minutes. Perfect for work or play. 2 beautiful PGA golf courses, close to PGA Golf Club. Renter will have use of the Island Club and resort style pool. The space This is Side B of a two side unit. There is a locked door separating Side A from Side B. Side B is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio with two queen size beds and small kitchenette. THIS LISTING IS FOR SIDE B ONLY. Small fridge, micro, shower. Private entrance. Washer/dryer available that is shared with Side A. If you are interested in renting the entire villa, please inquire if available and we can block other side off and change the price, just let us know. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Pets are not allowed unless discussed with owner prior. No parties unless you have permission or extra people staying in the unit. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE : NO PETS AT ALL, EVEN IF IT IS A SERVICE ANIMAL, YOU AS A GUEST NEED TO LET US KNOW. If you bring an animal without prior communication there will be a $250 extra fee added if signs of a dog or we see the animal. All we ask is people to be respectful as you would want your belongings and properties to be respected as well. Important Note About Florida’s Natural Environment We love sharing our home with guests from all over the world and want you to have the best experience possible. Please keep in mind that Florida’s warm and humid climate is home to a wide variety of native insects, which are a natural part of life in this region. While we take great care in maintaining a clean and comfortable space—including routine professional pest control—it is important to know that insects may occasionally find their way indoors, especially if windows or doors are left open. This is a common reality throughout the entire state, not unique to our property, and can occur at any Florida accommodation. As such, we are unable to offer refunds due to encounters with outside insects. We appreciate your understanding, as past guests have unfortunately attempted to use this as a reason for unjustified reimbursement. We kindly ask that guests help us maintain a pleasant environment by keeping doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings when bugs are more active. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
