Traditional compact Scarborough townhouse, ideal location for the town centre being 300 metres from the main high street & only 1/2 mile to the beach. 1 bedroom with kingsize & single futon bed on the first floor, along with sofa bed in living room. In the kitchen you will have use of the oven, microwave, kettle & toaster. The living room has a 43” Smart TV. Bolt hole on the edge of the town centre. You will have sole use of the whole property. Stairs to first floor, shower only (no bath) The space The bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed, along with a futon that folds out into a small single bed, ideal for small children. In the living room on the ground floor there is a sofa bed that pulls out into a 3/4 bed. (Suitable for 1 adult or 2 children). The property can accommodate 3/4 adults or a family up to 5 if including children. Guest access Full access to the whole of the property Other things to note The property is non smoking, if you smoke please do so outside and ensure that the windows and doors are closed, thanks. There are stairs to access upstairs, we do not have baby gates, shower only in bathroom, no bath.
