Our townhouse is situated East of the city center of Berlin. You have easy access to all means of public transport from here. The house has 3 separate bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people, 3 bathrooms, a small garden with a playhouse for kids, an open plan kitchen and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Berlin. This house is registered and approved according to the Berlin law §3 Abs. 1 ZwVbG, Registration Number: 11/Z/RA/001340-18 The space Our townhouse is situated in Lichtenberg, which is East of the Center of Berlin. It was built in 2014, all our furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms are new- we are sure you will feel comfortable in our house and have a great time. There is floor heating in the entire house, black- out curtains/ shades, washer ( in the bathroom on the first floor!) and clothes line to dry your clothes, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, fridge & freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need; pots and pans, strainers, grater, baking tins, plates, bowls, glasses, Nespresso coffee maker, water boiler, waffle maker, microwave. A large sunny terrace is upstairs with lounge chairs and awning. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a studio with an ensuite bathroom. Guest access You have access to the entire house; our garden, the open- plan kitchen/ living room area and guest bathroom on the ground floor. There are two separate bedrooms (20sqm) and a bathroom with bathtub and washer on the first floor. The second floor is a large studio with ensuite bathroom and large terrace. You can also use our parking spot which is attached to the back of our garden (B-GO 2307). Other things to note Please treat the house like it was your own property. The house is new and cosy. We are sure you will love it and have a great time. We do keep our personal belongings here. The house does not have air-conditioning. Over the summer months it can get hot, but weather is pretty unpredictable that is why you will rarely find places with aircon here. We do, however, provide 2 fans which you can use to cool down a bit, if it gets very hot. The entire house has floor heating for the winter, triple-glazed windows and very good insulation. PLEASE NOTE: The house is NOT in the inner city. If this is your expectation, the house is not in a good location for you and you will find travel times too long. Berlin has a population of 3.6 million and covers a large area. The house is at U Lichtenberg (please check BVG website for public transport and google maps).
