Second bedroom has a queen bed with a single bed that sleep in the third and a toddlers bed in the fourth. -Uninterupted views of the beach from both inside and the balcony. - Have breakfast, or an afternoon drink on the balcony gazing into the water after coming back from a paddle board. - New split system heater/aircon in 2 of the bedrooms and central heating throughout the house. - Outdoor dining downstairs and a BBQ for outdoor entertaining. - Block out blinds in 3 of the bedrooms to make sure you wake up on your time relaxed and refreshed to start the day. Guest access Enter through the front security gate down the path. There is a double lock up garage along with a 30 metre driveway for any extra cars. Other things to note - 20 metres to the sand and moments away from the water - Beach views from balconyand living room and kitchen. - 3 minute walk to Aspendale train station - 20min walk (along the beach if you like) to Doyles Bar & Cafe. - 25min walk (5min drive) to Mordialloc train and bus stations, fabulous cafes (incl: Main Street Cafe, Tommy Ruff's Fish shop) and 2 full supermarkets and Endota spa. - 7min drive to Southland Shopping Centre - (including cinemas, banks, travel agents, money exchange, spas and shopping) - 45min drive to city (non-peak).
