Accommodation Rules: To ensure the best experience, our guests must follow the rules of the complex and the apartment, including respect for the maximum capacity of people and maintaining the tranquility of the place. • Check-in: From 12:00 p.m. / Check-out: 2:00 p.m. • No smoking inside the apartment. • One small pet (trained dog) allowed for an additional fee. • Visitors other than those registered in the reservation are not allowed. • Music volume should be kept low to avoid disturbing neighbors. • Parties, events, or fireworks are not allowed. • Children must be supervised, especially on balconies and in common areas. • Trash must be disposed of in the 600th floor container. • Lock the front door when you leave. • Responsible use of energy: turn off air conditioners and lights when leaving. • Please do not leave children unattended on the balcony. • It is very important that all guests adhere to Casamar's policies. • For extended stays, we offer extra cleaning service upon request.
